Go to https://ipchicken.com and you will see your IP address in blue at the top.


Copy the IP address and save it.


If you are locked out or get the "Forbidden" message, you need to email the IP address to support@serpcom.freshdesk.com and explain what you were trying to do when you got the message.



Note you will have different IP address in different locations, such as home and work.


You may also have your IP address routinely changed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
